TD Bank Donates Surprise Check To Park Ridge Police

PARK RIDGE, N.J. - The Park Ridge Police Department received a surprise visit from TD Bank representatives to present the department with a $2,500 donation.

"On behalf of Chief [Joseph] Madden and the members of the Park Ridge Police Department, we would like to sincerely thank TD Bank for their generosity and continued support to the law enforcement community," a statement from the department following the Oct. 30 presentation said.

The donation will be used to help offset the cost of tactical equipment.
